Every Artiviesta cat lamp is unique. Once a design sells out, that's it. Our collection is deliberately small β because we make each one properly. If you've found a design you love, the honest advice is not to leave it to chance.
At Artiviesta, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 21-day return policy, which gives you 21 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your legal statutory rights under UK law.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unused condition: The item must be in the same "as-new" condition that you received it.
Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original box or packaging.
Tags attached: All original tags, security seals, and labels must still be attached to the product.
Proof of purchase: You must provide a valid order number or receipt.
2. How to Start a Return
Change of mind: For standard 21-day returns, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty items: If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately if this happens.
3. Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
We aim to process all refunds within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the item back.
Please note it can take an additional 3β5 working days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Statutory Rights & International Returns
UK & EU Customers: If you are purchasing online as a consumer within the UK or European Union, you have statutory cooling-off rights. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund.
International Customers (Outside UK/EU): For customers shopping outside of the UK and EU, our standard 21-day goodwill return policy applies. International customers are fully responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as any local customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return shipment.
